I've been with this company for 3yrs and i'll say within the last 2 months my boss has been getting on me about being late. I've been promoted, assigned additional work, and even relied on to do tasks that I'm not really qualified to do. So i think it says alot about my dedication. But he's riding my behind about being here at 8 am and I just can't bring myself to do. I was even shocked when he threatened to fire me. How do I handle a boss who has nothing more to complain about, rather than what time I am at my desk? -better late than never.

Social services are there to help you and find out what the problem is that's causing you to miss school. I personally find them to be nosy as heck.
