A.	You can be ambitious about anything - like having a good spouse, a great house to live in with lots of children and a pile of bank notes for you to spend as you wish. Have an ambition and work towards accomplishing it. You will achieve many of your ambitions if they are normal and within your power!

A.	Writing, editing. I was a teacher and morphed into an Instructional Designer and tech writer. How about teaching ESL here or abroad? US compounds in other countries usually have schools for the children of the military. Many of our local radio people had journalism majors. Think about radio/tv news writing/reporting.I really like editing/proofing which I have many opportunities on the internet. Write a best selling novel with Fabio on the cover. Or is he too old now?

	I really would like to look into other employment, but not sure exactly what is out there for someone who has been self employed as a loan officer for the last couple of years. Looking for advice from some people who have been in a similar situation. Any advice?
A.	Anything in sales is possible for you. Stay away from cars, coaches, boats, any vehicle types. My husband moved successfully into (Life) Insurance with a base salary higher than that of the companies long term and entry level employees. Keep in mind the salary you negotiate is based partly on your experience and partly on self presentation. Find a job (preferably sales with a base salary +bonus) and then continue loans on the side in order to keep the business fresh in your head. If you ever run into someone who needs a loan, or a referral from an old client you are still able to handle the deal. This will also give you an edge in the market when the ARMs need to be Refi'd. The time will come when a loan officer will be a high paying job again. Remember this, a corporation will never pay you what you are truly worth. Only the entrepreneur and self employed are without a financial ceiling. Good Luck.

	Did I hit the wrong button or something? I don't live in the UK so I need information pertinent to my country. What's up with this? I don't have any questions yet. I was hoping to participate and answer a few. But everything I read here seems to be about jobs and stuff in/from other countries. So I don't know Thanks d3midway, I never knew that.
