	I have written a book and saved each chapter as as separate Word file (using Word 2007). I now want to create a Master document, which will be the book, merging all of the chapters into it. Each page has a set border around the side (which extends right up to the edge). However, everytime i try to insert a chapter into the book, the borders on the page are squashed over slightly to the right & don't fit snugly to the left hand side of the page. Also the graphics & text on the pages are moved over slighty to the right. Is there any way i can fit all of these chapters into one master book document keeping all of the borders and pages text/graphics aligned exaclty as they were when i saved them as individual documents?
A.	start a new file setting required fields then cut & paste ! & check all fonts are correct type & size.

	Basically, I'm creating a contents page for some coursework. I have quite narrow margins to fit large pictures in, and also have page numbers as a footer. I have one picture, a map, with lots of arrows on it, but the arrows disappear whenever I move down text on pages above it by pressing Enter. Is there any way I can stop this happening? It's stopping me from neatening the layout of the whole word document! Thanks :) Thank you - but is there a way I can do it without editing? The arrows are a particular size and colour and I don't want to have to do it all again!
A.	Use photo editing software to add the arrows to your picture. Then they will be a permanent part of the picture and wont be affected by Word. ~ Use Gimp if you don't have one. It is free. [Link] Added; Do it within a table? Then the table would move as a single unit. Create a 1x1 table and move your map into it.

	I need help with Microsoft word. I am trying to set up a mail merge for labels. I have been through all of the steps. And after the document is set up It looks like it should, but the second page is the same as the first except the names are moved over one column. Example: PAGE 1: Jonh smith /Tayler Smith /Sarah Johnson 125 street /123 street /145 street ny, tx / mn, texas / dallas, texas PAGE 2: Tayler Smith/Sarah Johnson/amanda franklin 123 street/145 street/1256 street mn, texas /dallas, texas / la, texas So instead of it printing 12 pages of labels it is trying to print 388 pages of labels. I have looked back at my list that I merged and everything is fine there. If you cannot help me please do not answer and try to get free point.
A.	I would probably need a copy of the word document to look at it and determine what is causing the issue. Sounds like something in the way it was merged but I am not sure.

	I am creating labels using mail merge in word 2003. I create my main doc, attach a data source (no filters, I checked) and preview my merged doc. At preview page, the first record is displayed on every label of the first page, then I click the double-arrows to move to recipient 2 and all the fields have disappeared! The only thing left on the label is what I manually typed in, again, no fields, no data source records. This goes on for every recipient except for #1. What am I doing wrong? This is driving me nuts! Thanks
