Board toilets are built-in rooms with a toilet in vehicles for the use of human defecation.

The small rooms are often provided with at least with a sink, liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing. Except in luxury versions, these kind of toilets are usually small and uncomfortable.

The feces are put in a basin (chemical toilets except on aircraft where a holding tank is utilized) or, on some ships, piped over board. They are found in large aircraft, ships including manned spacecraft, some road vehicles (RVs, coaches) and many passenger train cars.
