	I have a coin as described above which i believe is very valuable , can anyone confirm this for me.It is is in beautiful condition .I think its value may be in excess of £2500 .Any thoughts most welcome. Thanks.
A.	Going by the last edition of Coincraft's Standard catalog of English and UK coins 1066-2000 it lists for 800 pounds in grade fine and is listed in no other grades. I doubt very much if it jumped to 2500 pounds in just 7 or 8 years. Your best bet is a coin dealer or several, anyway. That way they can see it to grade it. I must also remind you there are a lot of fakes out there of that type of a coin. It would have to be authenticated anyway. A coin like you have needs to be seen for any evaluation to be made.
