| | A. | Personally I think He should have applied for a work visa in the first place before coming over. Have him apply for a work visa. Since he is an illegal he will probably be deported while his case is being reviewed. I have a friend that came over here from Mexico on a work vise but has since earned his citizenship. If he can get a work visa he will be able to work and live in the country but he will have to have his visa renewed every so often. Coming over illegally could hurt his chances of getting the visa, but I'm not sure. I believe you have to go through immigration to get the appropriate paper work. There are ways of getting work without alerting the government but im not going to tell you how. Do it legally. It is hard to establish any better immigration laws and make it easier for people to immigrate when people keep coming over illegally. I know that conditions are better here, but the immigration system is in place for a reason. As for people who are against immigration, maybe they forget how this country became what it is today.
