A.	Considering that the SOA doesn't teach any of those things who would know. The SOA teaches (and has always taught) a "dumbed down" version of the US Army Command and General Staff Officers course to foreign field grades. This course is designed to prepare more professional militaries in the countries that attend. The "problem' is the fact that countries only send their "cream of the crop" officers. The same officers often go on to achieve great rank in their own militaries and commit atrocities...that has nothing to do with the SOA. That is like saying West Point should be closed because most of the instigators and participants of high rank and authority in the Civil War were West Point graduates....had nothing to do with West Point other than the fact that West Point was the top college in the country at the time and the ONLY producer of officers...
